*2) Math info night for parents is tonight 6:30-8:00 at the school.  This is not mandatory. It will be a fun night hosted by Delta's Math Coordinator. Any parents who would like to attend are certainly welcome.  I expect to be there for at least part of the session.

Reminder: 

We will be meeting today at 4:30 shortly to discuss progress on our Candyland theme room projects and focus for weekend projects.

All next week we will be asking parents and kids to attend as many of the set up sessions after school, starting at approx. 4:30 each day, as possible.  Please check your email for latest update and if you haven't received an update, please contact Karen Sabourin at ksabourin9@gmail.com for more information.  Many hands make light work!

A sign up will go around on Monday next week.  Kids will sign up to help run the room on the night of the fair.

As for our class:

1) Synonym poem - good copy- is due Tuesday first thing

2) Acrostic poem - good copy - is due Thursday first thing

*3) Grade 6 Africa mini-study due Tuesday (time given Monday and if needed, Tuesday); Africa map quiz 12 nations Wednesday

We will begin a new novel study today, so hopefully the kids enjoy that, and the Grade 7s will begin studying for upcoming tests on Greece - dates still TBA.

As for Camp Sasamat on Monday, please make sure your child gets here for 7:00 in the morning so we can make it to the camp in time to start the program.
