1) Math quiz Monday (we partner studied with games today  - it seemed very effective)

2) Grade 6 Science quiz Wednesday and another period of study was given in school Friday for that

3) Grade 6 Social Studies Definition quiz on Thursday December 11

4) Grade 7 Mesopotamia test date Monday December 15 (I offered Friday the 12th and some kids felt really strongly about it being after the weekend in an anonymous poll done in class)- now individual class time was given Friday and partner studying will happen at least on Monday of next week

***Also, a large part of our novel study is a story map (like a comic book) due December 16.  I am giving LOTS of school time (including much of the afternoon today, Friday, but you might want to ensure your child is on pace to finish without being too stressed towards the end.
